Process Runs
What is the expected turnaround time for process requests submitted to MEMS Exchange?

A MEMS and Nanotechnology Exchange engineer can provide an estimated turnaround for your run on request.

How do I know the status of my process run?

You can always find out the status of any of your process runs from your personal page after signing in. If the run is a work order (i.e., it is being processed or is ready to be processed), you can see the status of each step, as well as the latest processing results (metrology data, etc.) and comments entered by the fab technicians who processed your run.

Can I put a "Hold" status on a process run once processing has started?

Please contact us by e-mail to put a "Hold" status on a work order (a process run that is in progress, or is ready to start processing).

How can I view my wafers over the Internet?

The MEMS and Nanotechnology Exchange has remotely controllable semiconductor inspection microscopes located at selected fabrication sites allowing you to view your wafers over the Internet after critical processing steps. To schedule a remote inspection session, please contact us by e-mail.
