Once the process run is finalized it will include a price for all costs associated with the process run: processing, wafers, masks, consulting, service fees, shipping, packaging, etc. This price can be submitted to your purchasing department for a Purchase Order.
Yes, unless changes are made (with your approval) to the run after the purchase order has been issued. You are responsible for paying the invoiced amount as agreed in the Payments section of your Customer Agreement.

The MEMS and Nanotechnology Exchange does not offer educational or government discounts. However, some participating fabrication sites do offer special pricing for qualified academic users.
