6.1 Submission of CAD for having masks made

1. sign the customer agreement to make sure you understand how we handle intellectual property
2. submit your mask design and attach the CAD file to the appropriate run or step by following the 'Files' link.

6.2. Submission of mask plates

1. sign the customer agreement to make sure you understand how we handle intellectual property
2. ship mask plates along with other run materials to the MEMS Exchange
