Submitting New Jobs

  • Process Catalog
A catalog of the fabrication processes that MEMS and Nanotechnology Exchange users can request.

  • Run Builder and Viewer
The first step in submitting a work request to the MEMS and Nanotechnology Exchange is to assemble a process run. Process runs are assembled using the Run Builder, which lets you browse through the process database and select the fabrication steps you want.
  • Lithography Templates
Various useful layout files, including some tool-specific templates, test structures, and letters, numbers, and logos.
  • Layout and Mask Conventions
Details some of the information that should be considered when performing mask layout and when having masks made. Much of the information contained here is general, and pertains to most MEMS and Nano fabrication; however, some of the material covers topics specific to using the MEMS and Nanotechnology Exchange.
